My email policy: I always respond to emails that I like first. The ones that I don’t like get second, third, and ninetieth priority. To that end, I prefer emails that sing, dance, and bear toast (or wishes of toast). I like emails from real people who actually know who I am and what I do. Any requests made in ALL CAPS go directly in the garbage.
I love getting your questions on entrepreneurship, marketing, websites and digital strategy, but I don’t have time to answer them all individually.
